Console Cloud creators Console Group announce their integration with leading maintenance provider Maintenance Manager, owned by PropertySafe. So moving towards a Maintenance Manager integration in Console Cloud was a natural fit.

Once you've linked your accounts by activating the Maintenance Manager integration in Marketplace, it's a cinch. Maintenance requests created in Console Cloud via the Console Tenant App or Console App will be routed automatically into Maintenance Manager. Maintenance jobs can be actioned as soon as they are created. This gives your agency a faster turnaround on maintenance tasks and saves your any double-handling of data.
For transparency, the two systems (Console Cloud and Maintenance Manager) operate in real-time. They display identical information in both systems at all times, and will accurately report on the status of your maintenance jobs. “It really closes the loop on the maintenance workflow with quotes, work orders, and invoices all seamlessly communicated between our two systems. It gives the property manager more time savings in their day,” says McGown.
