How is Accelerate pricing calculated?

Accelerate pricing is calculated based on a minimum price of $200 + GST. Once your properties exceed the minimum price of $200 per month, you are charged $1 extra per additional property managed.

For example, an agency with 250 properties will receive Accelerate for $250 + GST (plus any additional add-ons and inclusions).

How is Premium pricing calculated?

Premium pricing is calculated based on a minimum price of $350 + GST, with a residential property price of $1.40 +GST, and a commercial property price of $3 + GST per month.

Once your properties exceed the minimum price of $350, your pricing increases per additional commercial and/or residential property.

For example, an agency with 200 residential properties and 50 commercial properties will receive Premium for $430 + GST / per month (plus any additional add-ons and inclusions).

What is Accelerate Start Up?

For boutique and start-up agencies, we’re excited to offer a start-up offer of the ‘Accelerate’ tier to agencies with less than or equal to 5 properties. If your properties exceed the 5 property threshold, the Accelerate offering applies, at the minimum price offering. This offer is available to new Console customers only. Migration does not apply to this product, new customers will be supplied with a blank cloud environment. 

Can you use the Cloud anywhere? I would like to work from home every once in a while.

Yes you can! You can use the Cloud anywhere you have Wi-Fi – or you can even hotspot off your phone! You could work from home, from a local coffee shop, a cruise ship or the great wall of China! As long as you have internet access you can use the Cloud!

Does Console Cloud have document storage?

There are a lot of options available to you to store documents in Console Cloud. You can store documents in Console Cloud either by adding them to the Documents (folder icon) section of your Console Cloud office. Or you can attach a document (or documents) to the relevant owner / tenant / contractor / or property files, or contextually in a workflow.

You can also drag and drop invoices for payment into Console Cloud, and you can also upload and amend water notices.

You can also create email and SMS templates in Console Cloud.

Does Console Cloud integrate with other apps and services?

Yes, we do. We integrate an ever-expanding number of other apps, services, and portals. For an up-to-date list of all our integrations, check out our Integrations page.

To maximise the efficiency gain you can get from switching to Console Cloud, however, we recommend you start with the add-ons you can activate instantly within the Console Cloud ecosystem, via Console Cloud’s Marketplace feature.

Console Cloud’s additional modules, apps, services and add-ons were designed with the express purpose of helping property managers do less, property principals make more, and agency owners grow more.

What is the migration process like?

We offer a completely secure migration process, which means your data is encrypted end-to-end and cannot be scraped or read by anyone else.

The actual process of migration to a live Console Cloud environment takes only a matter of hours, and can be done at any time of month, at any time of year. The bulk of the work associated with migration is in the preparation before your go-live date.

What is a workflow and how are Console Cloud’s workflows different from its competitors?

In essence, a workflow in Console Cloud is a property management process, like lease renewals, for example, that you can work through in its entirety in Console Cloud in its own tab – without having to maintain a manual checklist or notes.
