Our Console Cloud and Agentbox products are hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We ensure that our services are hosted in multiple Australian-based AWS data centres, which leverage their world-class physical and digital security. For further peace of mind, we have partnered with AWS to ensure that our products conform to the AWS Security pillar of the Well-Architected Framework. As part of our commitment to security, we are rolling out ISO 27001 certification across our businesses globally. This programme is well underway, with our first business units receiving their ISO certifications this year.

For our customers to implement extra security measures, we recommend activating the Multi-Factor Authentification (MFA) options within the settings of Console Cloud.
