Created to celebrate the most forward-thinking and exceptional agents and agencies in the Property Management industry, the inaugural Console Awards are here to celebrate those who have really changed the game.

We’re recognising excellence within the industry across Australia and New Zealand, and if you or your team have navigated the last year with forward thinking values and shown exceptional growth, you could be the winner and receive a prize of up to $10,000.

Excellence Award APAC

Prize: $10,000 AUD

This award is for agencies who most embody Console’s principles of growth, efficiency and innovation – they are an example of the property management agency of tomorrow.

Entry is open to agencies who have found success using Console Cloud, have excelled in the industry and show no signs of slowing down.

Innovation Award APAC

Prize: $5,000 AUD

This award is for agencies making waves through innovative practices, from utilising new PropTech, embracing new ways of working and showcasing forward thinking values.

It is open to any Console Cloud customer who is able to demonstrate their commitment to innovation.

Property Manager of Tomorrow Award AU + NZ

Prize: $2,500 AUD

Of course, you can’t have a successful agency without stand out Property Managers. This award recognises and celebrates excellence in property management, for those who are committed to raising the bar within the industry and recognised by their peers as outstanding all-rounders.

It is open to any Property Manager who is able to demonstrate their commitment to innovation & growth, endorsed by their peers. 

Application Process

Terms and Conditions of Entry

1.1 These terms and conditions set out all the information regarding the Console Cloud Awards 2021 (the Terms and Conditions)
1.2 The Console Cloud Awards 2021 (the Awards) is being presented and promoted by Console Australia Pty Ltd CN 011 056 796, whose principle offices are at 375 Grey Street 4105.
1.3 Entry into the Awards is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 There are 4 categories for the Awards:
a) Award for Business Innovation;
b) Award for Business Excellence;
c) Award for Top PM AU;
d) Award for Top PM NZ

2.2 With the exception of the Award for Business Innovation, entrants must submit the appropriate nomination form for the category they are entering.

3.1. Entrants must meet the eligibility criteria is this condition 3 in order to enter the Awards.
3.2 It is a requirement that each applicant:
a) where the applicant is a natural person, has both a current permanent place of residence and a permanent place of business in Australia or New Zealand at the time of nomination, judging of the Awards and the Awards ceremony in 2021;
b) where the applicant is a business, have a registered office and place of business located in Australia or New Zealand at the time of nomination, judging of the Awards and the Awards ceremony in 2021;
c) not be a department, statutory body (with the exception of educational institutions), agency or instrumentality of government, including a Government Owned Corporation pursuant to the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 or a company wholly owned by the State under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth);
d) where the applicant is a company, not be a subsidiary of Council;
e) where the applicant is a not-for-profit organisation, it must be registered as:
a. a company; or
b. an incorporated association; or
c. be constituted by a trust endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a charity and have an Australian Business Number, and be registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
3.3 Employees of Console Cloud Pty Ltd and affiliated Partners are not eligible to enter the Awards.
3.4 Sponsors of the Awards, including their employees, are not eligible to enter the category they sponsor however, they may enter other categories provided they satisfy the eligibility criteria.
3.5 Entrants must meet the each of the criteria for the category they are entering as specified on the nomination form for that category.
3.6 Console Australia Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion make determinations in respect of the eligibility of any applicant including any question of conflict of interest. All such determinations will be final, and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.

4.1 To enter the Awards, the entrant must fully and correctly complete an official nomination form (in accordance with the instructions on the relevant nomination form), for the category they are entering and submit the nomination form online. Nominations forms are available on the Console Cloud Australia website (the Website).
4.2 Entries for the Awards, will open at 12:30pm AEST on the 5 November 2021 and close at 5:00pm AEST 22 December 2021.
4.3. Console Cloud may in its sole discretion determine whether an entry has been received within the time period noted in condition 4.2 above.
4.4 Winning entrants from previous years may re-enter the Awards in all categories. However, if applicants choose to re-enter the same category in which they were previously a winner, the nomination must be for different or new achievements.
4.5 Applicants may enter in more than one category specified on the Website but must submit separate nomination forms for each category they wish to enter.

5.1 All finalists will be required to submit a letter from an independent accountant (external to the finalists business) stating the business is trading solvent. This will be reviewed by Console Cloud Finance department to ensure finalists are financially stable and trading solvent prior to the finalists presentation as part of the judging. All financial information will be kept strictly confidential.
5.2. With the exception of the letter from an independent account noted in condition 5.1 above, the only other supporting materials to be submitted for consideration are the business and personal references required for both the Agency Excellence Award and Top PM in Au and Top PM in NZ.

6.1. All categories will involve a two-tier judging approach. Finalists will be selected through a judging panel from the information provided in the nomination forms. Once the finalists have been selected, they will be asked to provide a video submission to the judging panel to determine a winner.
6.2. All finalists for each category need to be available to present to the panel in January 2022.
6.3. All finalists will be notified of the date and time of their presentation by phone or email, at least one week before they are due to provide a video submission.
6.4. The winner of each category for the Awards will be a determination of merit. Judging of entries will be in accordance with the responses to the criteria on the nomination form and the presentation made by finalists to the judging panel.
6.5. The judging panel may request further information from entrants at their sole discretion at any time.
6.6. The judging panel’s decision is final, and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.

7.1. Finalists will be announced from each of the categories and will be notified by telephone by between 1 Feb and 2 Feb 2022 depending the judging panel for each category.
7.2. There will be one winner selected from each of these categories announced at the Awards ceremony to be held at on 10 March 2022.

8.1. By entering the Awards you agree that business and personal information delivered to Console Cloud in your nomination form, during the assessment process and at the Awards Ceremony, including but not limited to digital images and recordings of you at the Awards Ceremony and interviews in relation to and arising from the Awards, may be used for media, marketing and promotional material (excluding financial data and personal information of employees other than the applicant, which will remain confidential). You consent and agree to Console Australia Pty Ltd using the information obtained in relation and in connection with your nomination form and the Awards for their own media, marketing and promotional purposes (excluding financial data, which will remain confidential) to other businesses and the general public.
8.2. Console Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to use and publish photographs and digital video recordings, taken at the Awards Ceremony, application videos, and finalist videos, for the purposes of advertising and promoting the Console Cloud product and its programs. Entrants who do not wish to comply with this must notify Console Australia Pty Ltd prior to close of round 1 applications.

9.1 If for any reason the Awards are not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Console Cloud), which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Console Cloud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Awards. Console Cloud reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all entries from any individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process which as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Awards.
9.2. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; Console Cloud may in its absolute discretion cancel the Awards and recommence it from the start on the same terms and conditions.

10.1. Console Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Awards at any time without notice or further recourse to the applicants.
