The cream of the crop in property management across Australia and New Zealand has been recognised in the inaugural Console Awards.
The winners of the awards, with a total prize pool of $20,000, were revealed during a special online event on Thursday, April 28.
The awards are about celebrating innovative property managers and agencies, with three highly contested categories.
The winners of the 2022 Console Awards are:
Excellence Award ANZ: myhouse Realty Toowoomba
myhouse Realty Toowoomba scooped the $10,000 award for being a shining example of a ‘property agency of tomorrow’ that shows no signs of slowing down after experiencing success using smart property management software Console Cloud. Their passionate property management team has developed a personalised portfolio management, which includes being available to clients 24/7 with technology helping to deliver a premium customer experience
Innovative Agency Award: Reventon Residential
Reventon Residential won the $5000 award for demonstrating innovation in changing its position in the industry, through utilising new Proptech and embracing new ways of working with their staff. The agency is committed to improving client experience through the adoption of new technologies, constantly welcoming new processes to streamline every client journey, for both tenants and property owners, from start to finish.
Property Manager of Tomorrow Award: Kaitlyn Barnes of Ray White Holland Park
Kaitlyn picked up the $5000 award for being an exemplary property manager who has demonstrated excellence in service, portfolio management, team and culture, property management leadership and learning, relevancy and upskilling. Kaitlyn demonstrates hands-on leadership, is passionate about caring for staff and clients and is committed to using technology to improve customer experience.
Charlie Holland, Regional CEO of Reapit which recently acquired Console Group, said he was deeply impressed by the excellence demonstrated by all three winners.
“They have all embraced a growth and innovation mindset, which has been shown by business improvements, retention and gains throughout what has been another challenging 12 months,” he said.
“It has been great to see how our most innovative property managers and agencies are adapting, growing and utilising new technology, and recognise them for their efforts.”
