Custom Views – Learn how to customise your database views to manage insulation compliance, arrears, maintenance and inspections effectively in your office
Custom Tabs – Understand how to edit the Custom Tab in your Property and Contacts files to suit your office. Allowing you to enter fields not usually available, for example, Smoke Alarms, Company details and when it’s due and insulation tracking.

EOFY pre-run Tips & Q&A

EOFY only happens once a year, however, can be the most stressful time of the year as you are not only running an EOM, but you are also producing EOFY Statements to your Owners.

We aim to help you in advance rather than you trying to do this day before. It can be a big task to fix up issues with your EOFY statements.

Tips include:
Reconciliations – Best practice and reconciliations checklist prior to EOFY run
Back-Up – The best practice for backup before, during and after the event
Statements – Cover what if statements are wrong
