Console has celebrated a major milestone, recently signing up the 3,000th active subscriber to its Gateway real estate software.

The lucky subscriber was Robert Paridis, Principal of Paridis and Partners Real Estate, located at Bondi Junction, NSW. Robert was thrilled to receive a gift of a year’s free subscription to Gateway.

“It’s sensational to be subscriber number 3,000 and to receive this gift has really made my year,” Robert said.

“I had been looking at a new software system for some time, but it was the Outlook synchronisation and customer database in Gateway that really sold me, as I can use it across my rental, sales, valuation and mortgage broking businesses.”

“I expect the next 12 months to be a tough time for real estate agents, so it will be more important than ever to build my rental property portfolio, take advantage of rent reviews, and keep all of my owners happy.” 

Robert obtained his real estate licence in 1987 and opened his office in 1992, building his business to now employ four staff and manage over 220 residential and commercial rental properties in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs and the wider Sydney area.

Console CEO Craig Thwaites visited the Paridis and Partners office to celebrate the milestone with Robert and his staff.
