Console Support Centre
Following setup and training, the Console Support Centre is available for any queries you may have. Your subscription includes access to our experienced and friendly Support Centre Consultants who will deal with your questions and issues quickly and professionally, and are available on weekdays from 8:30am – 5:30pm.
myConsole
You also have access to myConsole, our online client only resource centre. It is an interactive, user friendly, self service facility, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The site gives you access to your account information, software updates and training information and bookings.
myConsole is also home to our library of online resources: tips and tricks, step-by-step instructions, video tutorials and FAQs, frequently asked questions and much more.
