Using special communications software called OnlineAgent Connect, your Gateway data is synchronised with OnlineAgent over a highly secure SSL internet connection. OnlineAgent Connect can be scheduled to synchronise with OnlineAgent on a periodic basis or it can be used to initiate an upload immediately, such as after a disbursement in Gateway. OnlineAgent Connect only uploads data that has changed so following the initial upload any subsequent uploads will be very fast. If your computer is disconnected during an upload, OnlineAgent Connect will resume uploading from the point where the disconnection occurred.
