Tenants can view any rent arrears, upcoming inspections, rent review and lease dates, review current property maintenance and maintenance requests, and information on the locality, such as local shops, parks, hospitals and train stations, with Google maps showing locations.

Creditors can view their contact and account details, access details of active and completed maintenance tasks, submit quotations and invoices and download their statements.
