Gateway covers all of the tasks associated with commercial property management, including recurring invoices and statements and creating management reports.
You can specify options for commercial tenants, allowing you to email statements and invoices to selected tenants.
There are a number of reports for commercial properties including a Tenancy Schedule showing the tenancy and contact details for each property, customised reports displaying key information on buildings and commercial tenants, and a Building Variance report that helps you track actual income and expenditure for selected buildings as compared to their respective budgets.
The Budget tool for buildings and commercial tenants displays all budget items for the current and previous financial year.
