Go mobile with your handheld device.Gateway Mobile (available with Gateway Premier Edition) provides you with access to inspection and maintenance information on a Pocket PC while out at a property.
Gateway Mobile synchronises a single or group of inspections for completion, allowing you to record details electronically and create reports with point-and-click ease.
When you return to the office, information saved on the Pocket PC synchronises back to the central Gateway software database which means that there is no longer a need to record inspections on paper and then re-key into the system. Condition reports are electronically generated drastically reducing the time spent on inspections and maintenance.
Gateway Live holds prescribed forms for some states and a large variety of pre-programmed descriptions and details needed during inspection time for easy checking. There is also facility for adding individual entries that might be particular to a property or area.
