GatewayLive: Flexible and fast learning available for Console customers

Sydney, 11 February 2016 – Console, Australia’s leading supplier of software to the real estate industry, has launched its first ever online training portal for existing Console subscribers.

The Online Training Portal will initially provide the Level 1- Beginners entry level GatewayLive Course for Console’s property management software, then within the next few weeks Level 2 covering the 2nd stage of beginners entry level will be available.  Eventually courses for all Console Software, including Sales CRM and Real Estate Websites will be available around July 2016.

The portal will initially enable Property Managers to learn how to use the GatewayLive Property Management software quickly and efficiently, reducing the risk of making mistakes as well.

The online courses can be completed anytime, anywhere on any device connected to the internet, and can be completed one section at a time or all in one sitting.

This initiative to boost customer training with a 24/7 online portal will greatly benefit Console clients during their lifetime use of the product.

There are many benefits for Console GatewayLive customers who complete the training:

  • Keep their knowledge of GatewayLive current
  • Get notified when modules are updated, so changes can be learned straight away
  • A Certificate on Completion will prove that they know the software
  • All manuals and materials can be downloaded for later reference
  • Ability to revisit modules after the course is completed

Emma Clarke, Business Trainer, said “Staff training is a massive responsibility for Principals, as the better your staff know the software they are using, the more efficiently they can perform their role.

Sometimes it is just not feasible to send your staff out of the office for a day or a half day, so with this in mind, Console are rolling out our first ever Online Training Portal.”

GatewayLive is a subscription-based software currently used by over 3,500 agencies across Australia and New Zealand. The product offers the ability to manage the entire sales and property management process from marketing and reporting to billing and letting.
