Console has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Craig Thwaites (MBA, B.Comm, CPA) as Chief Executive Officer. Console's sustained growth and success in the past years, with a strong increase in client numbers, has been the direct result of ongoing investment in customer service and software development - all in the spirit of providing our clients with the best possible experience. Craig’s appointment has been made to ensure we continue to be at the forefront of technical advancements and customer service.

Craig comes to Console with many years’ experience in leadership roles, helping businesses achieve strong growth and substantial performance improvements. Craig has had executive roles in some of Australia’s large blue chip companies such as Amcor and AGL as well as the high growth internet start up Roamfree.

The appointment of Craig allows the founders and directors of Console, Anthony Caulfield and Jason Tait to shift their focus from operational aspects of the business to strategic activities aimed at making Console even better. Jason and Anthony will be ensuring the transition to this new leadership structure is smooth and achieves the anticipated improvements for Console.
