2007 has been another successful year for Console! We have a lot to celebrate as the end of the year approaches including the launch of new Console applications, fantastic feedback regarding our Support Centre, positive responses from various tradeshows and exhibitions and the release of Gateway 2007, the latest version of our award winning software.
Gateway subscribers now have access to two new, free applications designed to give businesses the opportunity to connect with customers in a professional and secure manner. This year Console included OnlineAgent and ShowReal as part of our market leading integrated Real Estate management solution.
OnlineAgent is a self service web portal that allows you to communicate to your property owners via the internet. The response to OnlineAgent has been incredibly positive, with the number of members doubling in the last month alone. Designed to improve communication between you and your clients, OnlineAgent is available now to reduce the workload on your property management department.
ShowReal has created a striking impression on display screens in Console agencies across Australia and New Zealand. Our innovative viewing application is the best way to showcase property details and photos from your database, increasing your listing ability with a professional and stylish presentation of sale or rental properties. Console’s Support Centre has moved from strength to strength this year. Gateway subscribers are invited to participate in a Customer Service Feedback Survey and the feedback received throughout 2007 reflects the ongoing development of the Support Centre team.
91% of Gateway subscribers surveyed indicated they were satisfied with the response to their most recent customer service request. These results were further highlighted by survey responses from Australia and New Zealand’s leading property management conferences. Respondents ranked Console customer service as better than the rest, justifying Console’s increasing popularity – our users appreciate market leading technology, technical support and customer service.
In 2007 the Support Centre upgraded its telephone system technology to ensure a more responsive and reliable service for our clients. This upgrade has been extremely successful, evident by the fact that 90.37% of calls received by Support Centre Representatives in 2007 were resolved in less than 20 minutes.
The Console team always appreciates every opportunity given to touch base with our clients. The industry trade shows and events held across the country have always been a great way of connecting with our subscriber base and showcasing the latest development news for our full suite of applications.
In 2007 we attended property management conferences held by the Real Estate Institutes of Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania, as well as the Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC) and Australasian Residential Property Management Conference (ARPM). Whether you attended Console’s Party on the Plaza at the REIQ PM Conference or if you were lucky enough to win one of our $500 shopping sprees, or if you just took the time to say hello, we hope that you enjoyed the opportunity to catch up as much as we did.
One of Console’s biggest accomplishments of the year was the success of the Gateway 2007 beta program. A large number of Gateway clients registered for the comprehensive testing phase and their valuable feedback has been the basis of our ongoing development. Gateway 2007 beta clients enjoyed close access to the Products team through the normal support channels and in the dedicated Forum, a space to make comments and suggestions regarding the features and enhancements available in Gateway 2007. After a successful beta testing phase, Gateway 2007 is now in release across Australia and New Zealand and the Console team are confident that it is the most comprehensive, responsive and user friendly trust accounting, sales and property management software on the market.
