Your home screen in Client Manager includes a whiteboard area, which automatically displays status changes to keep your team up to date on the latest listings, price changes and sales. You can also add your own company announcements and updates to the whiteboard to keep everyone in the loop with the goings on at your office and optionally forward an alert to the team via email or SMS.
- To add your own messages and announcements simply click on the “add” button on the whiteboard.
Note, only office administrators and users who have the appropriate permissions can add whiteboard notes. This can be set up and customised per user from within your current staff list (main menu>admin>current staff list). If you do not have permission, there will be no “add” button available on the whiteboard.
2. Enter in your notice and click save.
3. Optionally, you can also elect to send out a bulk email or SMS alert from this screen.
